Katie Cordy

Katie Cordy is the illustrator of nearly one dozen Space Wizard Science Fantasy books. Despite being an avid hobby collector, she always returns to her first true love, art. Katie specializes in science fiction and fantasy illustrations, weirder the better, and loves pushing her artistic talent in new directions. When she isn't painting, Katie teaches her favorite kind of people -- elementary school children -- how to release their inner creativity and tries her hand at the newest thing to catch her eye, be it spinning fire staffs, sewing historical clothing, or shooting hay bales full of arrows.

In addition to writing a story for The World of Juno, Katie has created internal illustrations for Distant Gardens, Farther Reefs, Lofty Mountains, and the Ardulum series, as well as the cover art for Junk Junction and The Rosewood Penny.
