Willow Choi’s goal of making it through high school without any drama or emergencies is shattered when she finds her mom has terminal cancer. But when a new student greets her in a patch of strange glass wildflowers, she starts unlocking memories of magic that could save her mother’s life. Niall seems too good to be true, and her autism means she’s gotten burned by letting people in before. Or maybe she was the one doing the burning, and she refuses to hurt him that way.
Then Niall shows her another world where fey magic exists, but it’s fading away in the bloodlines. This strange place is slowly opening up to the outside world, and more dangerous people than Willow are on the hunt for healing magic.
